Located at 90-94 Camberwell Road, Hawthorn East, Victoria, the Property was acquired vacant and has subsequently undergone a significant refurbishment to re-position the asset for lease.

The Property is currently being marketed for lease and once a tenant is secured, the intention is to hold the asset long term given its location, cash flow and the strategic nature of the landholding.
